1. How long does the shipping take?
After placing your order, it takes on average 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday) to process your order and 4-6 working days (Monday - Friday) before your order is delivered. If these deadlines are exceeded, please contact our customer service.
2. Where can I find my tracking code?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. Also check your junk mail, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take some time before your tracking link becomes active.
3. I am not satisfied with my package. What should I do?
You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it. For more details visit our Return and Refund Policy.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we’re excited to offer free shipping on all orders.
5. I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Changed your mind? No problem—just email us before your order ships, and we’ll be happy to cancel it for you. If it’s already on its way, simply follow our return process once it arrives
