Return and Refund Policy

Hey there! We want all of you to be totally happy with what you've bought from us. If you're not feeling it, here's how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges (we've tried to make it super simple!).
The Important Stuff
- You've got 30 days from when your items arrive to send them back
- No sneaky restocking fees (we hate those too!)
- We'll refund you within a 7 days
- You'll need to cover the return shipping (sorry about that!)
- We accept exchanges

Return Window
You've got a full month (30 days) from delivery to return anything. Just drop us a line at info@verolastore.com to get the ball rolling.
Make sure everything's unused, hasn't been worn, and is still in its original packaging with all the tags. After 30 days, we can't accept returns anymore (we know how it is when things pile up in the corner for weeks - we do it too!).

How to Return
- Let us know first - Email us at info@verolastore.com with your order details and why you're returning. We can't accept anything sent back without checking with us first!
- We'll tell you what to do next - Once we've approved your return, we'll send over instructions.
- Pack it up safely - We'd hate for anything to get damaged on its way back to us.
- Shipping's on you - You'll need to cover the return shipping costs.
Getting Your Money Back
After we get your package, we'll check everything out. Once approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 7 days. And we promise - no restocking fees from us!

Want something different instead? No worries at all! Just email us at info@verolastore.com with what you'd prefer, and we'll help you sort it out.

Need to Cancel?
If you need to cancel, email us ASAP at info@verolastore.com. Just know that once an order's being processed, we might not be able to stop it (those warehouse ladies move fast!).
Got Something Damaged or Wrong?
If something arrives broken or we sent the wrong thing (oops!), we've got your backs! Take a quick photo and email it to info@verolastore.com - we'll fix it and get you the right item.
